How to Add an Email Address to End Users - 3CX
Note: ONLY users with administrative access privileges can make changes to the profile of other users.
To add an email address to a user:
- Click Extensions in the sidebar menu.
- Locate and select the User by checking the empty square on the left of the extension.
- Click the Edit tab to enter edit mode.
- Scroll down to the Email Address section within the profile.
- Enter an email address in the Email Address field.
- Click the blue OK button to save the changes.
Note: Users are NOT allowed to have multiple email addresses on their profile.
