Note: Only Administrators are able to make changes to the Call Recordings functionality.
To enabling and/or disable call recordings, you must:
- Sign in to the web client and click Extensions from the menu panel.
- Locate the extension that needs to have Call Recordings enabled/disabled.
- Click the extension's row, or check the box to the left of the extension and click edit.
- Click the Options tab from the menu.
- Locate the Call Recordings section and review the options presented.
- Once you've made your selection(s), click OK to save changes.
