If your IP address has been blacklisted you should contact your phone system administrator. Request that your IP address is removed from the blacklist, and that your password is reset.
Note: Your administrator may ask you for your public IP address.
To easily obtain your IP address, you should:
- Open your preferred web browser.
- Search by typing "What's my IP address?" in the address bar or Google search bar.
Note: Your IP address can change based on a change of networks and/or location. To obtain the correct IP address, remember to use the "What's my IP address" search procedure described above, on the same device that you first saw the blacklisted message.
